Experience the VAC-8

AC-8 Vehicle Accessory Controller
Product Description, Intended Uses, Capabilities, and Dynamic Monitoring System

VAC-8 VEHICLE ACCESSORY CONTROLLER

The VAC-8 is not just another switch panel. It is a complete modern accessory control and monitoring system designed to replace traditional switch panels, scattered gauges, and outdated wiring setups with one clean, advanced, wireless control solution.
Built around powerful ESP32 processing technology, the VAC-8 gives vehicle builders, car audio competitors, 4x4 enthusiasts, show car owners, off-road builders, racers, and custom installers a smarter way to control and monitor their vehicle’s accessories.
Whether you are building a competition audio system, a full custom show vehicle, a rock crawler, an overland rig, a race car, a classic car, or a daily driver with added accessories, the VAC-8 gives you the control, flexibility, and information you need in one compact system.

DESIGNED FOR REAL VEHICLE BUILDS

The VAC-8 was designed for people who need more than simple on/off switches.
Car audio competitors can use the VAC-8 to control amp racks, cooling fans, lighting, battery systems, relays, and accessories from one clean interface.
4x4 and off-road enthusiasts can use it to control light bars, rock lights, winches, compressors, lockers, fans, pumps, and trail accessories.
Show car builders can use it to control LED lighting, doors, trunks, windows, amp racks, air systems, smoke machines, and display features.
Performance and race vehicles can use it to control nitrous systems, fuel pumps, ignition accessories, cooling fans, intercooler pumps, water pumps, boost-related accessories, and more.
Custom vehicles can use it as a cleaner, more advanced alternative to bulky switch panels, toggle switches, pillar gauges, and extra gauge pods.

8 CHANNELS OF ACCESSORY CONTROL

The VAC-8 provides up to 8 relay-controlled accessory outputs, allowing almost any 12-volt accessory to be controlled through the system.

Typical controlled accessories include LED lights, rock lights, underglow, strobe lights, light bars, headlights, fog lights, fans, amp racks, door locks, power windows, trunk poppers, compressors, winches, pumps, nitrous systems, ignition accessories, smoke machines, air horns, show accessories, cooling systems, and many other vehicle add-ons.
Instead of running a large bundle of wires to a traditional switch panel, the VAC-8 uses modern control technology and wireless communication to simplify installation and give the vehicle a cleaner, more professional look.

MORE THAN A SWITCH PANEL

Most switch panels only turn accessories on and off. The VAC-8 does much more.
The VAC-8 combines accessory control with live vehicle monitoring, giving you a complete view of important electrical and sensor data without needing separate aftermarket gauges mounted all over the vehicle.
With the VAC-8, you are not just buying a switch panel. You are getting a complete control and monitoring system.

BUILT-IN MONITORING SYSTEM

The VAC-8 can monitor voltage, current, temperature, and other sensor inputs directly through the system. This allows one device to replace multiple aftermarket gauges, including voltage gauges, current meters, temperature gauges, and other add-on displays.
Instead of mounting extra gauges on the A-pillar, under the dash, in gauge pods, or across the console, the VAC-8 brings that information together into one clean display system.
The system can be configured to monitor battery voltage, charging voltage, amplifier voltage, alternator output, current draw, temperature sensors, fan temperatures, enclosure temperatures, boost pressure, oil pressure, water pressure, fuel pressure, air pressure, and other sensor-based readings that would normally require separate gauges.
This makes the VAC-8 ideal for clean custom interiors where function matters, but appearance matters too.

FLEXIBLE INPUT MAPPING AND DYNAMIC PAGES

One of the biggest advantages of the VAC-8 is its flexibility. The system is designed around 8 configurable input channels that can be mapped to the type of information your specific vehicle build needs.
Instead of being locked into one fixed layout, the VAC-8 allows the inputs to be configured for different types of monitoring, including voltage, current, temperature, and sensor-based gauge readings. This allows one system to be used across many different types of vehicles and many different styles of builds.
The VAC-8 display pages are also dynamic. That means the screen layout changes to match your selected setup. If your build only needs two voltage readings and one current reading, the Power page can be set up for that. If your build needs several temperature readings, the Temps page can be expanded to show them. If your build needs boost, oil pressure, water pressure, fuel pressure, air pressure, or another sensor-based reading, those can be displayed on the Gauge page.

You are not forced into a one-size-fits-all display. The VAC-8 adapts to your vehicle.

EXAMPLE INPUT SETUPS

Example 1: Car Audio Competition Build. A car audio competitor may want to monitor front battery voltage, rear battery voltage, amplifier current draw, three temperature readings, and boost or air pressure. In that setup, the 8 inputs could be used as Voltage 1 for front battery, Voltage 2 for rear battery, Current 1 for amplifier current draw, Temp 1 for amp rack temperature, Temp 2 for battery area temperature, Temp 3 for interior or enclosure temperature, and Gauge 1 for boost, air pressure, or another custom sensor.

Example 2: Show Car Build. A show car may use the VAC-8 to control lighting, doors, trunk, windows, fans, and display features while also monitoring voltage and temperature. In that setup, the 8 inputs could be used as Voltage 1 for main battery, Voltage 2 for auxiliary battery, and six temperature readings for engine bay, amp rack, interior, trunk or equipment area, cooling fan area, and battery area.

Example 3: Off-Road or 4x4 Build. An off-road build may use the system to control lights, winches, compressors, lockers, pumps, and fans while monitoring electrical and vehicle conditions. In that setup, the 8 inputs could be used as Voltage 1 for main battery, Voltage 2 for auxiliary battery, Current 1 for accessory current draw, Temp 1 for transmission cooler temperature, Temp 2 for compressor temperature, Temp 3 for engine bay temperature, Gauge 1 for air tank pressure, and Gauge 2 for oil pressure.

Example 4: Performance or Race Vehicle. A race vehicle may use the VAC-8 for nitrous systems, pumps, fans, ignition accessories, intercooler pumps, and other race-related controls. In that setup, the 8 inputs could be used as Voltage 1 for battery voltage, Current 1 for fuel pump or accessory current draw, Temp 1 for coolant temperature, Temp 2 for intake air temperature, Gauge 1 for boost pressure, Gauge 2 for oil pressure, Gauge 3 for fuel pressure, and Gauge 4 for water pressure.

These are only examples. The VAC-8 can be configured to match the needs of the vehicle instead of forcing the vehicle to match the switch panel.

BUILT AROUND YOUR SPECIFIC USE CASE

Every build is different. A car audio build may care most about voltage, current draw, amplifier cooling, and battery temperature. A 4x4 build may care more about compressor temperature, air pressure, auxiliary battery voltage, and accessory load. A show car may care about lighting control, trunk features, fan control, and clean interior appearance. A race car may care about boost, oil pressure, fuel pressure, water pressure, and cooling system control.
The VAC-8 is designed to handle all of these use cases with the same core system.
The user can enable only the pages they need, choose how many items appear on each page, name the inputs, assign each input to the correct sensor type, and build a screen layout that matches the vehicle. The Controls, Power, Temps, and Gauges pages change dynamically based on the selected configuration.
That means the VAC-8 can be a simple 8-channel wireless switch panel, a full monitoring system, or both at the same time.

MODERN DISPLAY AND WIRELESS CONTROL

The VAC-8 is designed to work with modern display and wireless control options instead of old-school mechanical switch banks. The system can be controlled through a touch screen interface and wireless communication, giving the vehicle a cleaner layout and a more advanced user experience.
The result is less clutter, fewer visible switches, fewer extra gauges, and a more professional finished install.

ADVANCED CONTROL FEATURES

Each VAC-8 output is designed to be flexible, allowing accessories to be controlled in different ways depending on the application. Outputs can be used for standard on/off control, momentary control, timed functions, delayed activation, delayed shutoff, and strobe-style operation.
This makes the VAC-8 useful for both simple accessory control and more advanced custom vehicle functions.

Examples include turning fans on automatically, pulsing lights, activating accessories for a set amount of time, delaying startup of equipment, controlling amp racks, triggering show features, or managing accessories that should not all turn on at the same time.

CLEANER WIRING, CLEANER INTERIOR, SMARTER CONTROL

Traditional switch panels require a switch for every accessory and often lead to crowded dashboards, exposed wiring, and limited flexibility. The VAC-8 is designed to replace that old approach with a smarter system.
By combining 8-channel accessory control, live monitoring, wireless communication, touch screen control, dynamic pages, flexible input mapping, and ESP32-based processing, the VAC-8 gives builders a cleaner and more powerful solution.
No more rows of old toggle switches. No more extra voltage gauges. No more separate current meters. No more temperature gauges scattered around the vehicle. No more pillar pods full of gauges. No more cluttered interiors.
The VAC-8 puts control and monitoring together in one advanced system.

THE NEXT GENERATION OF VEHICLE ACCESSORY CONTROL

The VAC-8 was built for classic and modern custom vehicles. It gives installers and builders the ability to control accessories, monitor important vehicle data, reduce interior clutter, and create a cleaner, more advanced finished product.
Whether it is installed in a classic car, modern show vehicle, car audio build, off-road rig, race car, hot rod, restoration, or custom daily driver, the VAC-8 brings modern control technology to almost any vehicle platform.
For car audio, off-road, show cars, racing, overlanding, hot rods, restorations, and custom builds, the VAC-8 is designed to be one of the most advanced vehicle switch panel systems on the market.

It is more than a switch panel.

It is accessory control, system monitoring, wireless communication, and modern vehicle technology combined into one powerful device.
